Welcome to the Ministry of Agriculture's agricultural land sales database.
Through this site you may purchase reports of farm lands sold within the Province of Saskatchewan. These reports will allow for a comparison of land values within a Rural Municipality (RM Search) or within a search radius from a given legal land description (LLD Search). Within each of these search areas you can further refine your report based on the date of the sale, either between fixed dates (for a report that reflects a specific time in history) or within a time period from the date of the report to the most current data.
An RM Report can be further filtered based on additional criteria such as soil class, sale type (arms length, family sale, debt settlement), number of acres, or price. RM reports can be selected based upon RM number or towns within the RM. Each RM in the report will generate an additional search charge as listed below.
Reports will be output to your web browser and may also be downloaded as a PDF document (Adobe Reader required) or an Excel spreadsheet. These additional formats for the search do not incur any additional charge and will be available once the report is displayed to your screen. The system will try and identify duplicate searches by the same user within a 10 - 15 minute window but this is not guaranteed.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides comparable land sale information at $20.00 Canadian (taxes included) per Rural Municipality or Legal Land Description radius search. Corporate licenses may be obtained for $4,000.00 Canadian plus taxes per year. A license allows licensees unlimited access to the Ministry of Agriculture's database for a year.
